Conditions for 30 days money-back guarantee

1. Beyond the legal right of revocation, we guarantee an additional right of withdrawal: you are able to revoke your contractual statement within 30 days in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail).
2. The extended 30 day-period begins with the expiry of the legal cancellation period of 14 days. In order to maintain the extended 30 day period the sending of the withdrawal has to be on time.

4. If you make use of the extended right of withdrawal, the goods have to be packed originally (if the goods had been sent in an appropriate packaging), completely, unused (in case the goods were new ones) and free of damage. Your legal warranty claims are excluded from this, if the goods have been damaged in the delivery process.
5. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
