Order process

Have you found your favorite items? Then simply click on the “Add to Cart” button located next to the product image. After you have added all of your desired items to the shopping cart, please use the “Checkout” button. You can then check your products again and then continue with the final order.

If you are already a customer of ours, enter your email address and password, choose your preferred payment method and click on the “Continue to next step” button.

Then check your order again. If you are sure that you have entered everything correctly and have placed all items in the virtual shopping cart, click on “Buy now”. Complete! You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

As a new customer, you must first enter your details and the delivery and/or billing address in the appropriate fields. By entering a password, you decide whether you want to create a customer account or just place a one-off order. You then specify the desired payment method, check whether all the information is correct and press “Buy now”.

Credit card

Paying by credit card is one of the most popular payment methods on the Internet. No registration is necessary for this. The credit card details are not stored but are used exclusively for the payment process. The relevant credit card company will be instructed to collect the invoice amount immediately after the order has been sent. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

PayPal

The online payment system is impressive because it is quick and easy to use. The identity of the PayPal account is defined by the customer's email address. Payments made via PayPal are credited immediately, so there are no waiting times like with a bank transfer.

Apple Pay

With Apple Pay you can pay for your order quickly, easily and securely. The payment data is not stored, but is only used in encrypted form for the payment process. The debit is made conveniently using the payment method stored in your Apple device.

Google Pay

With Google Pay, you can enjoy a secure and effortless shopping experience. Google Pay lets you pay quickly and easily with just a few clicks by using the payment methods stored in your Google account. Security is a top priority with Google Pay. Your payment information is protected with advanced encryption and tokenization, ensuring that your data remains safe and private.

Klarna – Pay now

Pay for your order conveniently via instant bank transfer, direct debit, or credit card. Your account will be charged after the order is placed by our payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (Klarna). This option is not available in all countries.

Klarna – Pay later

Pay in 30 days via Klarna. The availability of the “pay later” option via Klarna is subject to country availability and requires, among other things, a successful identity and credit check. Payment is processed by our payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (Klarna).

 

If you have a valid VAT identification number, you are welcome to send it to us. After successful verification, we will convert your customer account so that you can shop VAT-free.
