Do you want to return an item?
If you don't like an item or the size doesn't fit, you can simply send it back to us. Use our returns service for your return and conveniently download your returns label.
To ensure a smooth returns process, please follow the steps below:
- For the sake of the environment, please use the shipping box to return the ordered goods. Make sure the item and box are undamaged, and pack delicate items appropriately. Before dropping off, check that the package is properly and tightly closed.
- Fill out the return form: enter the number of items returned. Place the return slip in the package. You can find the return slip here.
- You can find our returns portal here. Please click on the country from which you would like to send the return and create the return label. Print it out and stick it on your return package so that it is wrinkle-free and easy to read.
- Go to the specified local parcel service and send the items back to us.
- Keep the receipt until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been received.

- Very important! Please be sure to fill out the CN23 document carefully. To do this, take the necessary data from the invoice to correctly fill out the CN23 document. Make sure all information is clear and legible. You can find the CN23 document here.
- Enclose the original invoice and completed CN23 document for this delivery in a clear envelope on the outside of the package. Without this information, your return cannot be processed. If this information is missing, your package will not be returned to us and the refund cannot be made.
- Go to the specified local parcel service and send the items back to us.
- Keep the receipt until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been received.
Complaint & Refund

Would you like to complain about an item?
Sometimes items may have defects or be defective. In this case, you can of course send the item back to us and we will file a complaint with the respective manufacturer. Depending on your wishes, you will either receive a voucher for the amount or we will send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.
If your complaint is within the 30-day return period, please use our returns process on the left.
If your purchase is outside the 30-day return period, you will find here. instructions on how to submit a complaint to us. Enclose this document in the package and then follow the return process instructions on the left.

We check the validity of your return or complaint. In the event of a valid return, we will immediately refund the purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Average refund time depending on payment method:
Credit card: 2-3 business days
PayPal: 2-5 business days
Google Pay: 2-5 business days
Please note that in exceptional cases the refund can take up to 14 days, depending on the payment service provider. However, you can rest assured that you will receive your money. During this time you don't have to worry about anything.
If the return or complaint is rejected, we will contact you.
Returns service

To return your return, simply select the country in which you are located. Then fill out the return label. Print it and apply the label to your package.

Money back promise
Conditions "30-day money-back promise"
- Regardless of the right of revocation to which you as a consumer are legally entitled, we grant you the right to revoke the contractual declaration you have made to us within 30 days in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail).
- The period of 30 days begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods on time.

- When exercising the extended contractual right of withdrawal, the goods must be in their original packaging (if the goods were delivered in appropriate packaging), complete, unused (if the delivery was new) and undamaged. This does not affect your statutory defect rights if the goods were already defective upon delivery.
- You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Cancellation policy & cancellation form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Tennis-Point GmbH, Hans-Böckler-Str. 29-35, 33442 Herzebrock-Clarholz, Germany, Tel.: 05245 / 8353 - 200, Fax: 05245 / 8353 - 499, Email: [email protected]) inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
2. Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
We bear the costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
3. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
General information
1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2. If possible, please do not send the goods back to us carriage paid. If you wish, we will also be happy to reimburse you for the postage costs in advance, provided that you are not responsible for these costs yourself.
3. Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
