Do you want to return a product?

If you do not like the products or if the size does not fit, you have the possibility to send them back to us within 30 days after receipt of the goods.

To ensure a smooth returns process, please follow the steps below:

  1. For the environment, use the delivered box to send back the ordered goods. Ensure that the item and the box are not damaged, and pack fragile items adequately. Check that the package is properly and tightly closed.
  2. Fill out the return slip: Enter the number of items being returned. Place the return slip in the package. You will find the returns slip here.
  3. You can find our returns portal here. Please click on the country from which you want to return the items and create the return label. Print it out and apply it flatly and legibly to your return package.
  4. Go to the specified local parcel service provider and send the items back to us.
  5. Keep the receipt until our confirmation that we have received your parcel.

  2. Fill out the return slip: Enter the number of items being returned. Place the return slip in the package. You will find the returns slip here.
  3. You can find our returns portal here. Please click on the country from which you want to return the items and create the return label. Print it out and apply it flatly and legibly to your return package.
  4. Very important! Please also complete the CN23 document carefully. To do this, take the necessary data from the invoice to complete the CN23 document correctly. Make sure that all details are clear and readable. You can find the CN 23 document here.
  5. Go to the specified local parcel service provider and send the items back to us.
  6. Keep the receipt until our confirmation that we have received your parcel.

Claim

Do you want to complain about a product?

Sometimes items may have defects or be faulty. In this case, you can of course return the item to us, and we will file a complaint with the respective manufacturer. Depending on your preference, you will receive a credit voucher for the amount or we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

If your complaint is within the 30-day return period, use our return process on the left hand side.

If your purchase is outside the 30-day return period, you can find here the description of how to file a complaint about an item with us. Put this Document in the Parcel and follow the instructions of the returns process on the left hand side.

Refund

Now it`s our turn!

We will check the validity of your return claim. In case of a valid return we will credit you the purchase price. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Average refund duration by payment method:

Credit Card: 2-3 business days
PayPal: 2-5 business days
GooglePay: 2-5 business days

Please note that in exceptional cases, it may take up to 14 days depending on the payment service provider. In any case, you can rely on receiving your money. You don’t need to worry about anything during this time.
